FUTURO SIBERIAN COAT Winter Gothic coat with oversized hood

Awesome looking coat!! I was originally going to by the Migina (Emerald Green Velvet winter coat, but size 3XL was sold out), so I ordered the Restyle Futuro Siberian Coat instead. It is really a treat! I had to order the size 3XL , as I’ve excperienced that the other coats in 2XL, which I’ve ordered from Restyle can be a bit tight in the shoulders. Even in 3 XL it’s still a bit tight, but at least I’m able to be wearing another layer of clothes underneath the coat, which really is a must during the Scandinavian(Norwegian) winter season. The chest/bust area is unfortunatly a tad too tight. I don’t know why so many clothing brands for women seem to be so tight in the chest /bust area! I use a C85 cup myself. And Plus sizes should really be made to fit larger busts than A-D Cups, And since this is a winter coat , my personal oppinion is that plus sized winter- clothing need more place in the bust area for people to at least fit an extra layer of clothing under. However, I ‘m in love with the enormeous hood with the very comfortable and soft faux fur !! It’s almost always a lot of wind here in my town , especially during the colder months, so this warm coat with the large hood keep the icy wind away from my face , neck and head .The coat has a long and sturdy zip , and the collar of the coat is high and very soft and warm on the inside. The hood can be taken off with a zip .The nubuck- like texture on the outside looks like real nubuck leather , and I’ve had questions from both friends and strangers if it is real leather, and some ppl also asked me « where did you buy that leather coat «? I love how it is a mix of trad goth and nu goth , and also that often people has no idea that it is a gothic coat . The faux nubuck outside is soft to the touch and it seems to withstand snow as long as it’s dry snow. I wish the coat was lined in a material ( like sation over fleece) which made it easier to undress without the clothing , like a jumper - that you’re wearing underneath , is being stuck inside the coat. If I for example is wearing a velvet longsleeved sweater underneath the coat, I often have to ask other people to help me take the coat off, because the velvet’s texture becomes stuck to the lining /interiour in the coat. However, if I’m wearing silk, or satin underneath the coat, there’s no problem taking off the coat, because the silk and/or satin material isn’t caught onto the interiour of the coat. This problem is not a very bad thing, and I’m still in love with thiis coat. There are two pockets , one on either side of the lower hip area. I actually had to search for these pockets for quite some time before I found them. There are neither zips or flaps to close the pockets, and it’s no warm lining inside them. The hem of the coat is reaching down to right on top/over my knees/lower part of the tigh. I’m 172 cm tall , or 5’8’’ and the Restyle coat size is 3XL/XXXL. I’ve been using the coat almost every day for the last weeks since the first snow came in the first week of october. The outside temperaturies have been between + 5 Celcius to minus 8 Celcius, it’s been outside in everything from very light rain to heavy snowfall of dry snow. And I haven’t been cold or wet yet. But I know how to dress to avoid hypotermia, and I’m used to crazy and cold weatherconditions, and I have a large winter-clothing collection. I do wish there were a larger amount of gothic clothing made for cold weather tbh. I’m very happy with my coat, despite the tight bust area, tight shoulders and the fact that some clothing -material such as velvet and wool - make the clothes stuck inside of the coat. I wanted to give 4 and a half star, but you can’t make half stars on your online web site, only whole. So four stars out of five, that’s still pretty good!! It’s not been used in heavy rain or sludge/slush-like conditions, nor wet snow. I’m going to try and find something to spray on it or rub into it to make it more resistant to wet snow and rain. Normally I’m a UK 16-18 , EUR 42-46 and my sizing is also depending on the brands or if a collection is in European sizes or Asian sizing.

Very comfy & elegant at the same time. Wouldn't wear on a snowy day but the eye catching effect is for granted!
