We ship worldwide from Poland. Shipping to any European country starts at 32 PLN (~€7.50) for parcels up to 500 g - which covers most of our jewellery, tops and skirts. We dispatch your order the next business day after payment. Free shipping in Poland from 70 PLN (~€16), in Germany from 500 PLN (~€112), and in 18 other EU countries from 800 PLN (~€179).
The prices on this page are estimates. Your actual shipping cost is calculated automatically once you add products to the cart and enter your delivery address - the cart will show you every carrier available for your country and weight, with the exact price.

For heavy orders this is usually the cheapest option - a coat, a pair of boots and a corset in one parcel still costs €10–11.

DHL carries up to 70 kg - above 5 kg the cost is calculated at checkout. Israel is the exception: FedEx Economy costs the same 93 PLN for anything up to 2.5 kg.

Which option is cheapest for me?
Three rules cover almost every order:
- Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria - GLS is always both the cheapest and the fastest. The post makes no sense there.
- Rest of Europe - the post is cheaper up to about 1.5 kg; above that, GLS wins.
- Over 2 kg - the post is no longer available. GLS, or InPost where we offer it.
You don't have to work this out yourself - the cart shows every available option with its price once you enter your address.
Why can't a coat be shipped by post?
Polish Post Global Express has a hard 2 kg limit, and our coats weigh about 2 kg on their own - 2020 g on average, up to 2640 g for the heaviest models. A packed parcel goes over the limit, so a coat always travels by courier: GLS, InPost or DHL.
The same applies to boots (up to 2160 g) and to any order that combines a hoodie with a bag or a pair of shoes. This is why shipping a coat costs more than shipping three T-shirts - it isn't a surcharge, it's a different carrier.
If you are ordering a coat to Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg, InPost International is usually the cheapest option: a flat €10–11 regardless of weight, up to 25 kg.

Will I pay customs duties?
Inside the European Union - no. We ship from Poland, which is in the EU, so there are no customs duties or import taxes on EU orders. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Outside the European Union - yes, very likely. Orders shipped to the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway and every other non-EU country may be charged customs duties and import VAT by your country's customs authority. This is an additional cost, paid by you directly to the carrier before or on delivery - it is not included in the price you pay us, and we have no way to pay it on your behalf.
The bigger and more valuable your order, the more likely this is. Most countries have a duty-free threshold - a small, inexpensive parcel often passes without any charge, while a coat, a pair of boots or a multi-item order is far more likely to be stopped and assessed. The amount depends on your country, the declared value of the parcel and the product category. We cannot calculate or predict it - only your customs authority can. If you are unsure, check the current thresholds with your national customs office before ordering.
For shipments to the USA and the UK we show an estimated customs cost in the cart after you add products. This is an approximation only - the final amount charged by the carrier may differ.
When will my order be dispatched?
We ship your order the next business day after the payment reaches us. Card, BLIK, PayU and PayPal payments are confirmed within minutes. A bank transfer takes 1–2 business days to reach our account. All delivery times on this page already include dispatch.
