🌙 THE CRAFT BEHIND THE DETAILS

Each kimono features 210,000 embroidery stitches. We use six thread colours to create depth and dimension in the moths and flowers. Look closely and you’ll discover delicate colour transitions across the wings and datura petals.

Our custom jacquard trim takes 10–15 days to make. Its botanical pattern is woven directly into the fabric using yarns in six colours. Each is dyed to a carefully selected shade to complement the embroidery and olive green fabric.

Created exclusively for this collection, the repeating botanical motif frames the kimono’s opening and sleeves for a beautifully cohesive finish.
